Export ULDD to Freddie Mac
Use the Export ULDD to Freddie Mac option to download your loans in Freddie Mac’s ULDD (Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset) format to your computer. You can then deliver the exported loans to Freddie Mac (in their recommended format), helping enhance the salability of your loans to Freddie Mac.
You can export selected loans (one or more) or all your loans (all loans in all pages).
Only users assigned with the Export ULDD to Freddie Mac option in Encompass Personas setting have access to the Export ULDD to Freddie Mac option from the Pipeline.
Ensure that you have saved your changes to your loans and closed the loan files before you start exporting.
If you do not close your loan files, and attempt to export, the following message will display and the export will not be initiated:
Please exit all loan files before exporting.

Close the loan files you want to export and go to your Pipeline.

Click the loans you want to export, and from the Pipeline menu, point to GSE Services, and click Selected Loans Only….

If there are export-related issues with your loans, an Export Problem window displays. This window lists the details of the loans with export issues.
You can skip steps ii and iii listed below to export your loan with errors. It is recommended that you fix the issues, to help improve chances of your loans being purchased by Freddie Mac.

Double-click each entry to open a loan file, update the highlighted fields, and click the Save icon.

Close the loan file.

In the Export Problem window, click the Export button.

In the Export to Freddie Mac window, click the Search icon.

In the Browse For Folder window, go to the folder in which you want to save your export file, and then click the OK button.

Back in the Export to Freddie Mac window, click the OK button.

In the confirmation window, click OK.

Close all the loan files and go to your Pipeline.

From the Pipeline menu, point to GSE Services, and click All Loans in all Pages.
