What's in This Release

Highlights of this release include the following:

Loan Connect

  • MFA now Available (NGCC-79477) - Multi-factor authentication (MFA)  is now available to be enabled for Loan Connect to help ensure security and prevent access to business partner accounts from unrecognizable devices. When enabled, an authentication code will be required to sign into a Loan Connect user account. Using MFA along with the existing one-time passcode (OTP) authentication process helps ensure a consistent user experience and enhanced security with Loan Connect and Consumer Connect sites.

Borrower Portal

  • Several new options have been added to the Borrower Loan Portal > General Settings where administrators can manage various aspects of the borrower experience:

    • New Option to Control How Borrower Tasks are Displayed: Card View or List View (NGCC-76634) -Using the new Display task information in list view in Borrower Portal option provided in the Borrower Loan Portal > General Settings, administrators can control if the tasks that need to be completed by the borrower are displayed on task cards (default view) or in a list view.

    • New Option to Show or Hide the Loan Progress Timeline (NGCC-82298) - Use the new Display progress timeline on the Borrower portal to show statuses associated with milestones in Encompass to determine if borrowers will be able to view a timeline of milestone statuses for the loan.

    • New Option to Hide Loans (NGCC-64030) - The new Hide loans in Borrower Portal option can be use to hided loans that meet the criteria as defined by the administrator. Specifically, administrators can specify the number of days since the loan was created or they can specify a completed milestone. If a loan has existed within the number of days specified or the specified milestone has been completed, the loan card will not display for the borrower in the Borrower Portal. By default, the loan card for any loan started by the borrower displays in the portal for 720 days. Administrators can use this setting to hide older or canceled loans that are no longer relevant to the borrower.

    • Update to Labels on Task Cards (NGCC-82538) - Labels on the task cards when viewing Completed and Pending tasks have been updated to more closely align to the associated filter label in the dropdown list.

Reminder about Google Analytics

On July 1, 2024, Google Analytics 4 properties will have fully replaced Universal Analytics properties, as previously announced. From that date, Google will begin turning off all Universal Analytics services and Universal Analytics APIs, which means Universal Analytics properties will be inaccessible through the Google Analytics front-end and APIs. If you haven’t completely migrated to Google Analytics 4 properties, follow the migration guide to start making the switch today.
