What's in This Release

Highlights of this release include the following:

Identity Verification Service No Longer Supported

  • New Product and Pricing Provider: Polly (NGCC-79895) — Polly is now available for product and pricing with Encompass Consumer Connect.
  • GEICO Homeowners Insurance Integration Enhancements (NGCC-79678) - Enhancements have been made to the GEICO HOI task card. In addition, updates have been made to the process for borrowers viewing and accepting the HOI consent agreement.

  • New Loan Progress Timeline (NGCC-79056) - A new loan progress timeline is now available to display near the top of the borrower portal when users are viewing tasks, documents, and notifications.

  • Update for Notifications and Live Chat Icons (NGCC-81393) - When the notifications or chat features are disabled for borrowers by the administrator, the icons no longer display on the loan summary card.
