What's in This Release

Highlights of this release include the following:

Encompass Consumer Connect Admin

  • New Default Site Setting (NGCC-50124) — With this release, we are introducing a new Default Site administrative setting that indicates the default borrower portal within the Encompass instance. When a Consumer Connect site or embedded borrower widget does not have an assigned loan officer, borrowers will be directed to the default borrower portal.
Action Required: Lenders who have two or more Consumer Connect sites or embedded borrower widgets within an instance must choose a default site.

  • Added Ability to Send One-Time Passwords via eMail (NGCC-65007) — This enhancement gives lenders the ability to enable borrowers to send and receive one-time password requests via email. Borrowers accessing the Encompass Consumer Connect Borrower portal on One-Time Password (OTP)-enabled instances can use email as an alternate option to the current phone-text/call options. They can then use the email option to complete authentication and access the Borrower Portal to complete their tasks.

  • New Option to Enable MFA for Admin Portal and Borrower Portal (NGCC-9982) — Lenders now have the option to enable or disable multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the Encompass Consumer Connect Admin portal and Borrower portal. MFA strengthens the security of user’s accounts and ensures the safety of their personal information by adding an additional layer of protection.

  • New WebAssistant Personas Setting (NGCC-71723) — In the Personas settings in Encompass, a new option, WebAssistant, has been added for Consumer Connect. Administrators can select this option to enable users assigned with the persona to log into the Consumer Connect Admin portal with their Encompass instance ID and user credentials.

  • New Layout for "All Users" Modal Window (NGCC-69256) - The layout for the users associated with a loan has been updated to a new table format.

Services

  • Display Default Mortgage Rates (NGCC-72179) — Lenders now have the ability to set default values for fields in the mortgage calculator that they provide on their Consumer Connect site.

Borrower Portal

  • eClose via Simplifile (NGCC-71714) — Consumer Connect users now review and eSign their closing packages via ICE Mortgage Technology’s Simplifile electronic signing solution.
