Fixed Issues for Version 23.2 Major Release

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass Consumer Connect is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Borrower Passwords
Some lenders experienced an issue where they could not reset a borrower’s password more than one time. After navigating the Consumer Connect Admin portal > Borrower Lookup, and then searching for and locating the intended user, administrators could use the Reset Password link to reset the password for the user. But after navigating to another page in the admin portal and then returning to Borrower Lookup and locating the same user, the Reset Password link was inactive (grayed out) which prevented the administrator from resetting the password again. This issue is now resolved and the Reset Password link remains active for administrators.
