Feature Enhancements in Version 23.1 Service Pack

The Identity Verification service provided by Experian Authentication Services is no longer supported in Encompass Consumer Connect. The Identity Verification Settings option (shown below) has been removed from the Services Management options in the Admin Portal.
In addition, related references to the Identity Verification service have been removed from other applicable areas:
