Highlights of this release include the following:
Identity Verification Service No Longer Supported
- Identity Verification Service No Longer Supported (NGCC-76386) — The Identity Verification service provided by Experian Authentication Services is no longer supported in Encompass Consumer Connect. The Identity Verification settings option has been removed from the Services Management options in the Admin Portal. Other references to Identity Verification service have also been removed from applicable screens as well.
