Feature Enhancements

When an automated non delegated order is generated by the system, the Notice to User section in the MI Non-Delegated Order window has now been updated to display the following message, notifying users that they will need to check document upload history to confirm the upload status for their auto non delegated documents:

Document package upload initiated. Please go to TQL-MI document order history for verification of document upload to your provider.

The MI request file has been updated to include Interviewer Email [field ID 3968]:

When an MI order is placed for any of the following request types:

• Rate Quote - Pricing with Eligibility
• Rate Quote - Pricing Only
• Delegated MI
• Non Delegated MI
• Contract UW with MI
• Contract UW no MI

The following new attribute is now included:

REQUEST_GROUP/REQUEST/REQUEST_DATA/MI_APPLICATION/MI_REQUEST/THIRD_PARTY_ORIGINATOR/CONTACT_DETAIL[2]/CONTACT_POINT

The File Contact Company and Contact Name settings have been updated from check box selections to drop-down lists.

These settings are in Encompass Settings> Additional Services> Fraud Service> DataVerify> Loan Actors panel.

• Encompass admins can use the drop-down selection to associate a new File Contact Company or Contact Name or set it to blank.
• The drop-down selection is dynamic so that it allows only ONE File Contact Company or Contact Name to be associated with ONE loan actor.
• If a company/contact name displays for a loan actor, the drop-down list for another loan actor will not include any company/contact already selected for any other loan actors.
• Once you select a new or different company/contact for a loan actor, you will no longer see that company/contact name in the selection list for another loan actor.
• For custom loan actors added to your Encompass instance, the drop-down selection will be blank and available for mapping with applicable selections.
• Prior to this update, some of the check boxes in the File Contact Company and Contact Name column were disabled and you could not select the check box. With this update, the new drop-down selection is available for all listed loan actors (no disabled options).
• File Contact Company selection is available for "non-role" loan actors. Loan actors considered as a 'role' display starting with 'Role'.
• Prior to this update, for File Contact Company, the check boxes were selected by default in the Settings for Appraiser, Broker, Loan Originator, and Settlement Agent. With this release, the mapping will not be displayed in Settings for these loan actors. Encompass administrators will need to update the Settings to include these four loan actors previously sent by default.
• When accessing this setting, the following default selections now display in the File Contact Company column for these Loan Actors. These defaults display for new TQL DataVerify instances (no previously saved settings). New customers will be able to change/update the default by selecting from the drop-down list. Customers who have previously saved their settings will only see a default selected from the list if they had previously selected the check box.

The following updates to the order window (Fraud Service Order Details) are included in the release:

• Loan Actors tab: The following updates have been made to the Loan Actors tab on the order window:
  • Category /Roles column updates:
    • Non-role actors will now repeat on two separate rows IF both File Contact Company and Contact Name are mapped in the settings.
    • The first row for the non-role loan actor now ends with '- Company' IF the File Contact Company for that loan actor has been selected in settings dropdown.
    • The second row for repeated non-role loan actor now ends with '- Contact' IF the Contact Name for that loan actor has been selected in settings dropdown.
    • If only the File Contact Company has been selected from drop-down in settings for a loan actor, then that will be the only row appearing for that loan actor.
    • If only the Contact Name has been selected from drop-down in settings for a loan actor, then that will be the only row appearing for that loan actor.
    • Role loan actors continue to display as prior to the release
  • Map To column: This has been added to the Loan Actors tab displaying the File Contact Company and/or Contact Name value selected for that loan actor in Fraud Settings.

• Additional Loan Actors tab: The Add a New Loan Actor window has been updated with Company and Contact drop-down lists for the Loan Actor Type field. Use these fields to include loan actor companies and contacts that were not included by your Encompass administrator in Fraud Settings (displayed in the Loan Actors tab).
  • When you select Loan Actor Type = Company, the Loan Actor Details panel updates with Company Name displayed as a mandatory field.
  • When you select Loan Actor Type = Contact, the Loan Actor Details panel updates with First Name and Last Name fields displayed as mandatory.
  • Company and Contact Loan Actor Types will only appear once between the Loan Actors tab and Additional Loan Actors tab to avoid duplicate information. DV-order-2.png

The Add a New Loan Actor window will display only if Additional Loan Actors is enabled in Fraud Settings by your Encompass administrator.

The following mapping updates are included with this release:

• Investor: Now included in the mapping
  • ‘Investor’ mapped from Investor Company Name field ID VEND.X263
• Power of Attorney: Included in the mapping when present on the loan for the borrower.
  • Primary Borrower - Power of Attorney 'LastName', 'FirstName' and 'MiddleName' parsed from field ID 1870.
• Broker Address: Mapping updated to include the address fields below:
  • ‘Address’ mapped from field ID VEND.X294, ‘City’ from field ID VEND.X295, ‘State’ from field ID VEND.X296 and ‘ZIPCode’ from field ID VEND.X297

Broker Name is already included in the request file.
