These are the release notes for the TQL Services 21.1 April Service Pack. They include a high-level overview of new features, feature and form enhancements, and fixed issues, followed by more detailed information and instructions where appropriate.

- Automated Non-Delegated Workflow: New confirmation message notifying users to check document upload history and confirm upload status for their auto non delegated documents
- Interviewer Email Address: Now included in the mapping for specific request types
- Encompass Fraud Service:

- File Contact Company and Contact Name settings updated from check box selections to drop-down lists; updates to default settings
- Loan Actors and Additional Actors tabs updates to Fraud Service Order Details window
For existing TQL DataVerify users, Encompass administrators should review their Fraud Service Settings after this release. Four loan actors were mapped by default prior to this release, and will need to be manually updated in the settings to retain the mapping when orders are placed to DataVerify.
