Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
TQL Services Tool
TQL Services Plinth Not Displaying or Not Collapsing
Some customers experienced issues with the TQL Services tool where some of the plinths were not displaying data or not collapsing. This has been fixed and all service plinths within the TQL Services tool now display accurately.

Encompass Fraud Service
First American FraudGuard: Custom Categories Not Mapped to Loan Actors
Some users experienced an issue where Custom Categories created in the File Contacts tool were not displayed on the Loan Actors tab in the Fraud Service Order window, and as a result not included in the loan file submission to First American FraudGuard. This has been fixed.
