• 2024 HMDA FIG (Filing Instructions Guide): Mapping for new Credit Scoring Model enumerations

• ULAD: 

  • Freddie Mac LPA: Support for new AIM providers Gateless and Freddie Mac AIM Check

  • Fannie Mae DU: Support for new Day1 Certainty Partner, Argyle

• AUS Tracking Tool: New Supplemental Insurance field

• Fannie Mae DU - Rep & Warrant Tracker [Web and Desktop Versions]: Message ID appended to message text for all Fannie Mae fields

• Web Version of Encompass: Underwriting Center:

  • Accessibility: + icon updated with ARIA [Accessible Rich Internet Applications] label, Add Manual Order

  • Dual AUS Buttons: DU + LPA button renamed to LPA + DU, and the LPA button placed before the DU button
