GSE Integrations and Services 23.2 August Critical Patch: Fixed Issues

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Freddie Mac LPA Batch

Encompass LPA Batch Order Process Notification emails displayed a Fail status. This has been fixed so that the submission is successful and the notification email displays a Complete status.

UCD Phase 1

Prior to this release, UCD loan submissions resulted in Fannie 3123 and Freddie CRIT0032 Critical Fatal Errors on the Submission Report. To fix the issue, LoanPriceQuoteInterestRatePercent export logic has been updated as follows:

  • XPath: MESSAGE/DOCUMENT_SETS/DOCUMENT_SET/DOCUMENTS/DOCUMENT/DEAL_SETS/DEAL_SET/DEALS/DEAL/LOANS/LOAN/LOAN_PRODUCT/LOAN_PRICE_QUOTES/LOAN_PRICE_QUOTE/LOAN_PRICE_QUOTE_DETAIL

  • Data Point: LoanPriceQuoteInterestRatePercent

  • Updated Logic:

    • If Bona Fide Discount Points QM.X369 is greater than zero AND Undiscounted Rate field ID 3293 is greater than zero, then send the value from field ID 3293 to LoanPriceQuoteInterestRatePercent, otherwise send the value from Starting Adjusted Rate field ID NEWHUD.X1720.

    • If Bona Fide Discount Points QM.X369 is greater than zero and there is no value greater than zero in Undiscounted Rate field ID 3293 OR Starting Adjusted Rate field ID NEWHUD.X1720, then do not send LoanPriceQuoteInterestRatePercent.
