Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure Encompass GSE Integrations & Services is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

Freddie Mac Services

[Available on June 11, 2023]

Prior to this release, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit, field ID L128) did not flow to the Required Borrower Funds on the LP Feedback Cert. This has been fixed.

GSE-28572

ClosingAdjustmentItemAmount export logic has been removed since this is no longer required by GSEs.

GSE-26953

UCD

Prior to this release, email notifications for successful Fannie Mae UCD Transfers mentioned failed status, instead of Pass. To fix the issue, encoding in the xml file has been updated from utf-16 to utf-8.
