GSE Integrations and Services 23.1 May Service Pack: Feature Enhancements
This section discusses the updates and enhancements to existing forms, features, services, settings, and mappings included in this release.
Ginnie Mae PDD (Beta)
Mapping Logic for exporting LoanIdentifier when LoanIdentifierType is Agency Case has been updated so that users submitting a PDD Pool through the VTT Tool do not receive any Schema Validations and GNMA can accept the pool.
Per GNMA, Error Message: Loan Agency Case Identifier should be 15 digits.
When LoanIdentifierType="AgencyCase" the LoanIdentifier field contains dashes "-" in the value which returns a fatal error. Per Appendix D, The Loan Case Agency Identifier must be 15 characters, including any leading zeroes where appropriate. The allowed valid characters are ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0123456789.
Mapping logic has been updated to support the above GNMA directives.

Updated Logic:
-
Logic for looking at Mortgage Type (field ID 1172) to send the Agency Case No has been removed.
-
If there is a value in field ID 1040, then send that value to LoanIdentifier and send "AgencyCase" to LoanIdentifierType (see below for additional logic on field 1040). If there is no value in field ID 1040, then do not send anything to LoanIdentifier, but still send "AgencyCase" to LoanIdentifierType.
-
Strip any dashes "-" from field ID 1040 (Agency Case No).
-
If after removing any dashes, the value in field ID 1040 does not equal 15 alpha-numeric characters, add leading zeros to make it 15 characters and then send that value to LoanIdentifier and send AgencyCase to LoanIdentifierType
-
If after removing any dashes, the value in field ID 1040 exceeds 15 alpha-numeric characters, send that value to LoanIdentifier and send AgencyCase to LoanIdentifierType
