Why we fixed this issue: This issue was fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Loans with Documentation Type of Streamline Refinance Now Qualify in EPPS and Return Correct Documentation Type to Encompass
An issue occurred where loans with a documentation type of “Streamline Refinance” did not return qualification results in EPPS. A workaround to this issue was identified, but the result returned a documentation type of “Full Doc” to Encompass. This issue has been resolved and loans with a documentation type of “Streamline Refinance” now qualify in EPPS and “Streamline Refinance” is now returned as the documentation type for these loans to Encompass.
