Fixed Issues for Version 23.3
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where an error message “Condition expression syntax error: Unrecognized parameter [Program Type] in function ProgramType()” was displayed for a Rule Definition when a deleted Program Type for the Loan Term condition was selected. This issue has been resolved by no longer displaying deleted Program Types for the Loan Term condition.

An issue occurred where an error message “You have entered the same alias” was displayed on the Lock Period Aliases and Rate Filters page under Settings when (all investors) was selected in the Investor field and then the page was saved. This issue has been resolved and the error message is no longer displayed when lock period aliases are saved for all investors.

An issue occurred where an error message “Official Name must be alphanumeric.” or “Generic Name must be alphanumeric.” was displayed when special characters were entered in the Official Name or Generic Name fields for a Virtual Program Definition. This issue has been resolved and special characters are again accepted by the two fields.

An issue occurred where an error message “[object Object]” was displayed when a large number (e.g., 60) of Loan Term conditions were added to a new Rule Definition or an existing Rule Definition. This issue has been resolved and the error message is no longer displayed when a large number of conditions are added.

An issue occurred where the DateBefore and DateAfter expressions in a Condition Definition used absolute time values (e.g., 24 hours equal 1 day) instead of calendar days when triggered. This issue has been resolved by requiring the two expressions to use only the date (and not the time) when triggered.

An issue occurred where the Encompass Product & Pricing Service Pricing Import pop up window in Encompass displayed the Subject Property Zip (field ID 2946) as updated even though the zip code was identical in EPPS and Encompass. This issue has been solved and when there is no change in the zip code between EPPS and Encompass, that field is no longer displayed in the pop up window.

An issue occurred where the Percent column on the Rule Manager Listing page was not populated with the adjustment value for tasks where percentages were entered (e.g., Adjust Final Price by Rates, Adjust Rate, Adjust SRP, etc.).
The Deduct Profit Margin task was not affected by this issue.
This issue has been resolved and the Percent column is now populated with the adjustment value for tasks where percentages are entered.

An issue occurred where selections were made on the Investor Options page. However, on the Custom Program Definition, investor options that were not selected on the Investor Options page were displayed in the Options section. This issue has been resolved and only the investor options selected are now displayed on the Custom Program Definition.
