Fixed Issues for Version 23.1 April Service Pack 2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where the ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network did not correctly populate the Other Real Estate Owned section of the Property tab when a loan with multiple borrower pairs was priced from Encompass.
-
When using EPPS 23.1, all the other properties were populated but the OccupancyRate column was not populated for REOs owned by the additional borrower pair(s).
-
When using EPPS 23.1 April Service Pack 1, the REOs owned by the additional borrower pair(s) were not populated unless the REOs had a Property Use of Pending Sale/Sold.
This has issue has been resolved and all properties (up to 4) for all borrower pairs are now correctly populated in the Other Real Estate Owned section.

Several issues occurred where the debt-to-income ratio (DTI) was not calculated correctly.
-
The DTI calculation did not include the borrower’s primary residence when the borrower kept their primary residence on a new purchase loan and the Encompass Property will be used (field ID FM0155) field was set to “Second Home” or “Investment Property”.
This issue has been resolved and the borrower’s primary residence is now included in the DTI calculation.
-
The DTI calculation did not include the second borrower pair’s current housing liability when a loan was priced from Encompass.
This issue has been resolved and the second borrower pair’s current housing liability is now included in the DTI calculation.
-
The DTI was affected when the Property Use in the Other Real Estate Owned section of the Property tab was incorrectly populated as “Investment/Rental” if the Encompass Property is used as (field ID FM0141) field was set to “Second Home”.
This issue has been resolved and the Property Use field is now populated correctly with “Secondary Residence”.
-
The DTI calculation did not include the second borrower pair’s primary housing payment when the second borrower pair kept their primary residence, would not occupy the subject property, and the housing payment was displayed on the EPPS Property tab.
This issue has been resolved and the second borrower pair’s primary housing payment is now included in the DTI calculation.

An issue occurred where an error, “There was an error pricing this program.”, was generated when a loan with an incomplete zip code + 4 (i.e., 92122-) was evaluated for programs from an investor with Geocoding enabled. This issue has been resolved and when a loan with an incomplete zip code + 4 qualifies for a program, the appropriate qualification results are now displayed.

An issue occurred where the Client Flag settings were not retained when an existing Production version of a Client-Investor relationship was expired and a new Production version of that relationship was enabled. This issue has been resolved and the Client Flags are no longer cleared when one Production version of a Client-Investor relationship is expired and another Production version is enabled.

An issue occurred where a user accessing the EPPS portal for the first time was redirected from “epps.elliemae.com” multiple times (due to the reCAPTCHA requirement implemented in the EPPS 23.1 April Service Pack 1 release) before an error “This page isn’t working” was generated. This issue has been resolved and the user is now immediately redirected to the correct URL and the login page is displayed.
A knowledge base article, 0000114858, has been created to provide steps to manually access the correct login page.
