Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
403 Forbidden Error No Longer Generated When Using EPPS V2 Lookup APIs
An issue occurred where client developers received a 403 Forbidden error when attempting lookups using certain EPPS v2 Lookup APIs (e.g., encompassElements, investors, lockdays). This issue has been resolved and results of the lookup are now displayed.
Series of Rate Matrices in Condition Now Run When Initial Rate Matrix Has Exit at First Match Selected in Its Rate Matrix Definition
An issue occurred where a series of rate matrices contained in a condition, stopped running when the first rate matrix of the series had the Exit at first match check box selected in its definition. This issue has been resolved and the series of rate matrices will now run even when the first matrix has the Exit at first match check box selected.
