Fixed Issues for Version 21.2 CP 1

This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this critical patch release.

Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where an error message, “The income Source is available for self-employed borrowers only.”, was generated when programs with conditions that included the “SelfEmployed” expression were qualified. This issue has been resolved and programs with conditions that include the “SelfEmployed” expression are now qualified.

An issue occurred where an error message, “A system error has occurred”, was generated when the details link for an ineligible program was selected on the Qualify tab. This issue has been resolved and the Ineligibility Details pop up window is now displayed when the details link is selected.
