Fixed Issues for Version 21.2
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where Self-Employed pricing adjustment rules were not triggered during the initial pricing of the loan. If a loan had Self-Employed (field ID 3516) checked and then was priced, that value was passed from Encompass to EPPS on the Finances tab (Employment field displayed “Self Employed (can Verify)”) but the Self-Employed pricing adjustment rule was not triggered until a user navigated to the Finances tab and then qualified the loan. This issue has been resolved and the Self-Employed pricing adjustment rule is now triggered correctly when a loan is flagged as Self-Employed.

An issue occurred where EPPS erroneously included “Multi Family+4” financed properties when calculating the number of residential financed properties. This sometimes resulted in the loan not qualifying because the total number of financed properties, including the “Multi Family+4”, exceeded the maximum number of financed properties allowed (10). This issue has been resolved and “Multi Family+4” financed properties are no longer included in the residential financed properties calculation.
