Feature Enhancements in Version 21.2

An optional FHA Case Number Date field has been added to the General tab to store that date in the loan record and be used in conditional pricing.

• You can click on the Calendar icon to select a date or manually enter a date.

• An error message, “Please enter a valid Date.” will be displayed if anything but a valid date is selected or entered.

A new FHA Loan Limit Lookup setting has been added to the Settings page that enables the applicable FHA Loan Limits to be determined by either the loan’s effective date or the FHA case number date.

• When the setting is set to “FHA Case Number Date” and the loan limit is FHA, the FHA case number date will be used to look up the loan limits from the Loan Limit table.

• If the FHA Case Number Date is blank, the loan’s effective date will be used.

• When the setting is set to “Effective Date” and the loan limit is FHA, the loan’s effective date will be used to look up the loan limits from the Loan Limit table.

A new FHA Case Number Date option has been added to the Encompass Update Elements section of the Settings page to manage whether that date is returned to Encompass. When the check box is selected, the date will be returned to Encompass.

The FHA Case Number Date (field ID 3042) field has been added to the Ellie Mae Network to be passed from Encompass to EPPS. If a date is entered in field ID 3042, that date will populate the FHA Case Number Date field on the General tab.

In addition, the FHA Case Number Date has been added to the Ellie Mae Network to be passed from EPPS to field ID 3042 in Encompass.

The FHA Case Number Date has been added to the following APIs to enable API users to submit that date to EPPS and use that date to price loans.

• eligibility

A “Last Check Date” column has been added to the Client Dashboard to display when pricing was last retrieved.

Three new conditions have been added to the Rule Manager to enable rules to be conditioned on the value of these fields.

The Borrower Citizenship and Co-Borrower Citizenship conditions will not be available for use until a future release of the Encompass Product & Pricing Service.

The Program Definition Interest Only field has been removed from the list of HELOC Program Variables returned to Encompass when the HELOC Program Variables option is selected in the Encompass Update Elements section of the Settings page to prevent the Interest Only (field ID 4468) check box from being overridden at the loan level.

The V1 REST APIs have been retired in Encompass Developer Connect and the V2 REST APIs will be onboarded.
