Feature Enhancements in Version 20.2 December Service Pack
This section discusses the update to an existing feature that is provided in this critical patch release.
Custom Program Management Updates

Validation has been added to the Index field for ARM and HELOC programs on Custom Program Definitions to ensure a valid program is created.
- If the Index field is empty, a pop up message “Index Value is required.” is displayed.

Prior to this release, Notes in a copied or cloned Custom Program Version were copied/cloned into the new program version. Starting with this release, Notes will not be copied or cloned.

Prior to this release, if “Office” was selected as an Expression on Matrix Definitions or Condition Definitions, all Clients’ offices were displayed. Starting with this release, only the current Client’s offices will be displayed.

Prior to this release, if “Geography” was selected as an Expression on Matrix Definitions or Condition Definitions, all Investors’ geographies were displayed. Starting with this release, only the current Investor’s geographies and Global geographies will be displayed.
Admin Update

A new Get Buy Side setting has been added to the Settings tab to enable a client admin to select whether Historical or Current pricing is used for Get Buy Side Pricing calls from Encompass.
How to Configure the Get Buy Side Setting:
- Log into EPPS as a Client Admin.
- Click the Admin tab, and then the Settings tab.
- Navigate down to the Get Buy Side setting.
- Select “Historical” to use Historical pricing for Get Buy Side Pricing calls from Encompass. This is the default value.
- Select “Current” to use Current pricing for Get Buy Side Pricing calls from Encompass.
- Click Save.
Loan Limits Update

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has published its loan limits for 2021. The Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) has been updated to use the new 2021 FHA Loan Limits for loans with an effective date on or after midnight, January 1, 2021. For loans with an effective date prior to midnight, January 1, 2021, there are no changes.
