Fixed Issues for 20.1 Release
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
CLTV for USDA Loans Now Correct on Qualify Tab
An issue occurred where the CLTV for USDA loans was incorrect on the Qualify tab (but correct on the General tab), and that incorrect CLTV was populated back to the CLTV (field ID 3242) field in Encompass after pricing. This issue has been resolved and the correct CLTV is now displayed on the Qualify tab and populated back to the CLTV field in Encompass after pricing.
