Fixed Issues for Version 19.2
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where errors were generated when a Non Production version of the Risk Matrix was used when qualifying loans via Encompass. This issue has been addressed by ensuring clients always use the Production version of the Risk Matrix when qualifying loans.

An issue occurred where the Virtual Program name displayed on the Qualify tab did not match the Program name displayed on the Summary tab. This issue has been resolved and the Virtual Program name displayed within EPPS is now consistent. In addition, the Virtual Program name and Program Code are now returned to Encompass for all transactions, including documents in the eFolder.

An issue occurred where for Virtual Programs, the lock period aliases were set in pre-qualification based on the Investor’s lock period aliases, instead of the Investor providing the rates. This issue has been resolved as follows:
- For Virtual Programs where the Client is using the Target Investor Rates, the lock period aliases are set in pre-qualification based on the Target Investor lock period aliases.
- For Virtual programs where the Client is using their own Custom Rate, the lock period aliases are set in pre-qualification based on the Custom Investor lock period aliases.

An issue occurred where if an Office-specific Pricing Office was deleted, that office’s rate documents were still displayed on the Client Dashboard. This issue has been resolved and if an office is deleted, its rate documents are no longer displayed on the Client Dashboard.

An issue occurred with ARM loans priced with EPPS via the Encompass WebCenter or Encompass Consumer Connect. When an ARM loan was priced, the rounding factor is automatically set to “Up” even if that was not correct for the program. This issue has been resolved and the correct rounding factor is now set when ARM loans are priced with EPPS via the Encompass WebCenter or Encompass Consumer Connect.

An issue occurred with the Logins for All Users report. When an EPPS admin attempted to generate the report, an error message, “A system error has occurred when using Google Chrome or IE.”, was displayed. This issue has been resolved and the report now generates properly without errors.

An issue occurred where users associated with disabled client accounts received password reset notifications. This issue has been resolved and users associated with disabled client accounts no longer receive password reset notifications, regardless of whether the users are enabled in the system.

An issue occurred where loans were locked outside of Lock Desk hours. When users submitted lock requests outside of the Lock Desk hours configured within EPPS, those loans were locked. This issue has been resolved and loans are no longer locked if the requests are submitted outside of Lock Desk hours.

An issue occurred with the DateTime widget on the Rate Matrix Definition page. When users used the DateTime widget to enter an Effective date for the Rate Matrix Definition, and then clicked outside the widget to close it, the widget remained open. This issue has been resolved and when a user clicks outside the widget, it now closes.
