Fixed Issues for Version 18.3
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where the Conventional check box was not selected in copied or cloned custom programs when the programs were copied or cloned using CPM. This issue has been resolved and the Conventional check box is now selected in copied or cloned custom programs.
Programs will not qualify unless the Conventional check box is selected.

An issue occurred where the incorrect State (“LA”) and County (“Saint Mary”) were displayed when “07054” was entered as the Zip Code on the Loan Limits Table. This issue has been resolved and the correct State (“NJ”) and County (“Morris”) are now displayed.

An issue occurred where the Password Reset email was not sent to a user when an EPPS Client Admin accessed the user’s Profile, and then clicked on the Email Password Reset button. This issue has been resolved and the Password Reset email is now sent when the Email Password Reset button is clicked.
As part of this fix, all password expiration dates have been extended, and passwords will not begin to expire until December 2018.

Currently, EPPS calculates the LO compensation percentage and dollar amount solely from the base loan amount. This calculation, however, is not accurate for certain loan products. In this release, the LO compensation calculation has been updated for those loan products where the base loan amount calculation is not sufficient. In addition, the comments displayed when the details link is clicked has been updated, when appropriate.

An issue occurred where an error was generated when an Encompass TPO Connect user re-locked an expired or canceled loan because the locked interest rate did not match the current interest rate. This issue has been resolved and expired or canceled loans can now be re-locked.

An issue occurred where an object error was generated when a user saved a rule because the user selected too many offices. This issue has been resolved and the number of offices that can be selected has been increased.

An issue occurred where not all users included in a Password Reset email received the notification because the users’ email addresses were not formatted correctly. This issue has been resolved and all users included in a Password Reset email now receive the notification.
