Fixed Issues for Version 18.1
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Date/Time Widget in Custom Program Management Now Functions Properly
An issue occurred with the Date/Time widget found throughout the CPM. When users accessed the widget, edited the time, and then saved, the widget did not close and the time was not updated. This issue has been resolved and the time is now updated and the widget now closes.
EPPS-16652
EPPS Now Uses Correct Number of Lock Days for Re-Locks
An issue occurred for locks that have been extended more than once when re-lock requests from Encompass were submitted to EPPS for pricing. EPPS was returning pricing based on the total number of lock days instead of the original number of lock days. This issue has been resolved and the original number of lock days is now used to price re-lock requests.

Custom Investor’s Program Flags Now Copied When Using Custom Program Management
An issue occurred when copying a custom investor’s program using the CPM. The investor’s program flags were not copied. This issue has been resolved and the program flags are now copied.

User Now Added to Correct Office
An issue occurred when creating users for an office. When one office (Office 1) was opened, another office (Office 2) was opened in another tab of the browser, and then a user was created for Office 1, the new user was created under Office 2 instead of Office 1. This issue has been resolved and the user is now created under the correct office.
We strongly recommend against users having multiple tabs in a browser open to the same EPPS page.

Correct User Now Updated
An issue occurred when editing users. When one office (Office 1) was opened and the Add New User page displayed, another office (Office 2) was opened in another tab of the browser and a User Profile displayed to edit, and then a user was created for Office 1, the existing user under Office 2 was updated. This issue has been resolved and the correct user is now updated.
We strongly recommend against users having multiple tabs in a browser open to the same EPPS page.
