Fixed Issues for Version 17.3
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
EPPS Price Table

An issue occurred when a loan was priced in EPPS and updated in Encompass. If an office’s name contained brackets, the Price Table was not returned from EPPS into the Encompass eFolder for that office. This issue has been resolved.

An issue occurred when a loan was priced in EPPS and updated in Encompass. Even when the Price Table (adjusted) on Quote Requests setting was enabled on the EPPS Settings tab, the Price Table was not returned from EPPS into the Encompass eFolder. This issue has been resolved.

Other Issues

An issue occurred when a loan was priced in EPPS. The loan’s LO compensation plan was not pulled into EPPS if that loan was designated as a second lien loan. This issue has been resolved.
