Fixed Issues for Version 26.2 July Service Pack
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where a Detailed Entry section on the Search page was not automatically expanded when a required field was missing. This issue has been resolved. Any Detailed Entry section missing a required field will be automatically expanded.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred with loans using a Special Product. When a Lock Update was performed with the same locked program and then the Buy Side Pricing page was opened, an error message “Lock product is no longer available” was displayed even though the program was still locked and valid. This issue has been resolved. The Buy Side Pricing page now loads when the locked program remains in place.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred with HELOC loans with an existing first lien. The existing Down Payment 1 Amount (Sub Financing) (field ID 428) was handled inconsistently depending on which button was used to submit the Lock Request Form:
-
Update Lock Request - This button worked correctly. The existing field 428 was retained and the LTV/CLTV/HCLTV was updated as expected.
-
Request Lock — This button did not work correctly. Field 428 was left blank, and that amount was incorrectly moved into the 2nd Mortgage (field ID 3036) field on the Sub. Financing popup window, resulting in incorrect CLTV/HCLTV calculations.
This issue has been resolved. The existing field 428 is now correctly retained and reflected in the CLTV/HCLTV calculations regardless of which button is used.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where a rate was updated by revising a lock and then getting Buy Side Pricing multiple times. The original locked rate was displayed instead of the updated rate. This issue has been resolved. Get Buy Side Pricing now reflects the most recently locked rate, including when using the Price Analyzer.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred with Correspondent loans with a Commitment Type and Delivery Type entered on the Lock Request Form. When Buy Side Pricing was requested using the same provider as the initial lock, an error was displayed for the Commitment Type and Delivery Type. This issue has been resolved. Buy Side Pricing is now successful when the Commitment Type and Delivery Type were present on the initial lock.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Qualifying Rate (field ID 1014) field was not populated or updated when a lock was confirmed using ICE PPE. This issue has been resolved. When a lock is confirmed via Buy Side Pricing, the Qualifying Rate is pushed back to Encompass.
This fix applies to lock confirmations initiated via Buy Side Pricing. Locks confirmed manually via Secondary Registration are outside the scope of this issue.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Qualifying Rate (field ID 1014) was populated for a HELOC loan when a Float was performed. This issue has been resolved. When a Float is performed for a HELOC loan, the Qualifying Rate field will not be populated with a value.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Fee Itemization page was updated regardless of whether a rate was selected through Buy Side or Sell Side Pricing when revising a lock and selecting a new rate. This issue has been resolved. The Fee Itemization page is only updated when a new rate is selected via Buy Side Pricing (selecting via Sell Side Pricing leaves the page unchanged).
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
Two issues occurred when the Lender Fee Waiver checkbox was selected on the Search page and then a lock was requested.
-
The waiver adjustment was not carried over to the Secondary Lock Tool.
-
When returning to the Search page, the checkbox was unexpectedly unchecked.
This issue has been resolved. The adjustment is now applied correctly on the Secondary Lock Tool and the Lender Fee Waiver checkbox selection is retained on the Search page.
This issue occurred when using Rules.
An issue occurred when the Display Description Only to Users with View Profit Margin Rights checkbox was selected for a Rule Definition. When the Rule was triggered, the adjustment was incorrectly included as a line item in the Pricing Details.
This issue was originally a part of the ICE PPE 26.1 May Service Pack 1 but was subsequently rolled back. It is now being reintroduced in this release.
This issue has been resolved. The Display Description Only to Users with View Profit Margin Rights option is now honored and the adjustment is included in the Base Price.
This issue occurred when configuring the Custom Search Page setting.
An issue occurred when a Detailed Section Info component was deleted or empty in the Custom Search Page setting. The component remained visible on the ICE PPE - Search Customization Page. This issue has been resolved. The component is removed from the ICE PPE - Search Customization Page when either of the following conditions is met:
The component is explicitly deleted via the Delete icon on the custom search page.
The component contains no configured fields on the custom search page.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when a Program Definition had a Margin value of “Blank”. When a loan was priced using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS, the Base ARM Margin (field ID 2647) on the Lock Request Form was updated to “0”. This issue has been resolved. The Base ARM Margin in Encompass will only be updated if the Margin value is greater than or equal to “0”. Otherwise, the value in Encompass will remain “Blank”.
This issue is dependent on SEC-32776, which is not scheduled to be deployed until the Encompass 26.2 August Service Pack release.
This issue occurred when configuring a Custom Search page.
An issue occurred where a Condition added to one Channel (e.g., Retail) via the Manage Condition button in the Custom Search Page setting was not available on other Channels (e.g., Wholesale or Correspondent). This issue has been resolved. A Condition added in one Channel is available on all the other Channels.
This issue occurred in the Rule Manager.
An issue occurred when a Rule used a Custom Field Condition. If custom fields were imported into ICE PPE using an Import Custom Field Definition, and then that definition was promoted, the value selected for the Custom Field Condition was blanked out. This issue has been resolved. The Custom Field Condition will retain its selected value after custom fields are imported and the Import Custom Field Definition is promoted.
This issue occurred when using an API.
An issue occurred when the v3 Loan Term API was used to retrieve all the loan terms configured in the ICE PPE portal. The API only returned loan terms that were configured with first liens. The loan terms with second liens were ignored. This issue has been resolved. The API will now retrieve all the configured loan terms.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when Auto-Lock was disabled in the Encompass Settings and the ARM adj periods & caps option was selected on the Update Lock Request Fields setting. When the loan was manually locked and confirmed, ICE PPE did not populate the following fields in Encompass:
-
1st Change (field ID 696)
-
Life Cap (field ID 247)
-
1st Adj Cap (field ID 697)
-
Adj Cap (field ID 695)
-
Adj Period (field ID 694)
This issue has been resolved. The Adjustment Period and Cap fields will now be populated in Encompass.
