Fixed Issues for Version 26.1 May Service Pack 1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Purchase Price was cleared when ICE PPE was used to price a Standard Product loan and Float was selected. This issue has been resolved. The Purchase Price remains when Float is selected.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when the Estimated Value had a value of $0. If ICE PPE was used to price the loan, the Estimated Value was incorrectly populated with the Purchase Price (for purchase transactions). This issue has been resolved. If the Estimated Value is $0, it will remain $0 after the loan is priced.

An issue occurred when attempting to create a second lock extension through ICE PPE. If a lock extension was confirmed on a loan with an active lock, and after the original lock expired, a second lock extension was requested, an “Unexpected error completing transaction” error was generated and the second extension failed. This issue has been resolved. When a second extension is requested after the original lock has expired, the extension will be successful.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Total Loan Amount in the Loan Summary bar incorrectly displayed the 1st Mortgage Balance (instead of the Loan Amount) when a second lien on a Primary property was priced. This issue has been resolved. The Total Loan Amount will now display the Loan Amount.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred where the DSCR value on the Finances tab was blank after Sell Side Pricing was performed using Classic EPPS. This resulted in DSCR programs to be displayed in the Ineligible Programs section (with no data) on the Qualify tab. This issue has been resolved. The DSCR value will now be retained and the DSCR programs will be displayed (with data) in the Eligible Programs section.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when a borrower’s subject property was an investment property and they owned a primary home with a second mortgage. ICE PPE incorrectly populated the second mortgage amount of the primary home as the investment property’s second mortgage amount. This resulted in an error message “SecondMortgageAmount is required as OtherPayment is Available.” to be generated and the pricing to fail. This issue has been resolved. The incorrect second mortgage amount is no longer attributed to the investment property and the pricing is successful.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
Updated on 5/11/2026
An issue occurred where the Max Loan Amount/Max Line field was not displayed on the Search page for first lien HELOC loans. This issue has been resolved. The default template rule, on the ICE PPE Search page, has been updated to display the Max Loan Amount/Max Line field on all HELOC loans regardless of the lien position.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when the Allow loan program changes on Re-Lock and Lock Update and/or Allow selection of additional loan programs only when current loan program is no longer eligible on Re-Lock and Lock Update options on the Options page under Settings were enabled. When a lock was updated using Classic EPPS, the only program displayed on the Qualify tab was the one used to lock the loan and an error message "The loan program selected at time of lock is no longer eligible. Use the Worst Case Pricing Tool to get a new lock." was displayed. This issue has been resolved. When either option is enabled and a lock update is performed, all eligible programs for the current scenario will be displayed.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when the Government Upfront Fees option on the Update Lock Request Fields page was disabled. If a government product type (FHA, VA, or USDA) was selected and then Get Buy Side Pricing was performed, the selected government product type was not retained. In addition, an error message “Locked product is no longer available” was displayed on the Results page. This issue has been resolved. The selected product type will remain during Get Buy Side Pricing. In addition, if the product is valid and available, the error message will not be displayed.
This issue occurred when using Rules.
An issue occurred where hidden rules fired when testing rules in Test mode. This issue has been resolved. Hidden rules no longer fire in Test mode.

An issue occurred where the monthly (fields 230 and 231) and yearly (fields HUD41 and HUD42) escrow amounts on the Aggregate Escrow Account page were rounded when a loan was locked. This issue has been resolved. The amounts retain their original values when the loan is locked.
This issue occurred in the Rule Manager.
An issue occurred where the multi-select function did not work (filter closed after each selection) on the Rule Listing page. This issue has been resolved. Multi-select filters now allow multiple selections to be made.
This issue occurred when using Rules.
An issue occurred when the Display Description Only to Users with View Profit Margin Rights checkbox was selected on a Rule Definition and a user did not have the View Profit Margin & SRPs Manager right. When the rule was triggered, the user saw the adjustment as a line item in the Pricing Details (instead of in the Base Price). This issue has been resolved. If the option is selected on the Rule Definition and the user does not have the Manager right, the adjustment will be included in the Base Price (instead of as a line item in the Pricing Details).
