Fixed Issues for Version 26.1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when a HELOC loan program in ICE PPE had a Margin value of “0”. When Update Encompass was selected on the Qualify tab, the Base ARM Margin (field ID 2647) on the Lock Request Form was updated to “Blank”. This issue has been resolved. The Base ARM Margin in Encompass will be updated to the Margin value in ICE PPE when Update Encompass is selected.
This issue impacted the General tab in the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred when more than seven characters were entered in the FHA UFMIP fields on the General tab. An error message “You must enter text with 7 or fewer characters” was displayed. This issue has been resolved. The UFMIP fields will now accept up to nine characters.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An intermittent issue occurred where an error message “An error has occurred while fetching price table from the server.” was displayed when a user selected the Lock Request placeholder in the eFolder and attempted to view the Lock Request. This issue has been resolved. The Lock Request will open in the eFolder when the placeholder is selected.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Enable Lock Updates and Re-Locks option, when set to “Off” on the Product and Pricing setting, was not honored by Services. This issue has been resolved. Services now honor the setting, when set to “Off’, and a lock update or re-lock is performed.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when pricing a loan in a test environment using a virtual program. When Update Lock Request Form was selected, fields 4512, 2866, and 2953 were not updated. In addition, field 3874 displayed “0.000” instead of “100”. This issue has been resolved. The fields will be updated when Update Lock Request Form is selected and field 3874 will display the correct value.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where an error message “Rates may have changed during your selection process. Please select the program again.” was triggered when the Buy Side Pricing or Sell Side Pricing page was opened. This issue has been resolved. The error message is no longer triggered when the Buy Side Pricing or Sell Side Pricing is opened.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred where the Total Loan Amount (ICE PPE) or Loan Amount (Classic EPPS) for a second lien HELOC loan with subordinate financing was incorrect. This issue has been resolved. The Total Loan Amount/ Loan Amount is now calculated correctly.
This issue impacted a setting in the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred for some clients where their Geography definitions (some or all) were missing when Geographies under Settings was selected. This issue has been resolved. All Geography definitions, except those marked as Hidden, are now listed.
This issue impacted a setting in the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred when the DTI was set to “LOS” on the Options page under Settings. When pricing was run for a refinance of a primary residence, an error message “Locked product is no longer eligible” was triggered because the DTI was recalculated when getting Buy Side Pricing. This issue has been resolved. The DTI is no longer recalculated when getting Buy Side Pricing.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where no Condotel or Non-Warrantable Condo checkboxes were displayed on the Search page for loans with a condo option as the Property Type. This issue has been resolved. A Condotel checkbox (mapped to field ID 3315) and a Non-Warrantable Condo checkbox (mapped to field ID 3316) will be displayed under the Subject Property Information section of the Search page when the Property Type is a condo option.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred where the Net Rental Income/Cashflow for the Monthly Income was not being included in the Total Income. This issue has been resolved. The missing income is now included in the Total Income.
This issue impacted settings in the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred where both the Allow loan program changes on Re-Lock and Lock Update and Allow selection of additional loan programs only when current loan program is no longer eligible on Re-Lock and Lock Update settings on the Options page under Settings were allowed to be selected. This issue has been resolved. Both settings can no longer be selected. If one of the settings is chosen, that setting will be deselected when the other setting is chosen.
