This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred when a virtual program was selected to lock a loan. If a relock or lock update was performed, the locked virtual program was not returned in the Results. This issue has been resolved. During a relock or lock update, the locked virtual program is returned in the Results.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when pricing a cash-out refinance of an investment property with a second lien. If “LOS” was selected for DTI on the Options page under Settings and Classic EPPS was used to price the loan, the DTI added the subject property’s loan payment twice (field ID 1742 already included the loan payment) in the calculation. This issue has been resolved. The DTI now only includes the loan payment once in the calculation.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Non-QM Doc Level field value on the Search page was not passed to the qualification engine. Instead, the engine used the default 24 Months W-2/Tax Returns, which caused the loan-level price adjustments to not fire. This issue has been resolved. The Non-QM Doc Level field value is now passed to the qualification engine and adjustments using that value now fire.
