Fixed Issues for Version 25.4
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where price adjustments added when a loan was locked were incorrectly displayed as a Rate (instead of as a Price) on the Buy Side Pricing page. This issue has been resolved. The price adjustments now display correctly as a Price.
This issue occurred in the Rule Manager.
An issue occurred on the Rule Manager Listing page where the data in the grid did not sort in ascending/descending order when a sortable column header was clicked. This issue has been resolved. When one of the following column headers is clicked, the data in the grid now sorts in ascending/descending order.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE or Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when pricing a HELOC or Construction to Perm loan and the “LOS” option was selected for DTI on the Options page (under Settings). The DTI on the Qualify tab did not match the DTI in Encompass. This issue has been resolved. The DTI now matches between ICE PPE and Encompass.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the Margin (field ID 689) field was cleared on the Encompass Lock Request Form when a loan was priced, the Update Lock Request Form button was clicked, and the Loan Program selected in ICE PPE had a Margin value. This issue has been resolved. The Margin value from ICE PPE now populates the Lock Request Form when the Update Lock Request Form button is clicked.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the values in the Price Analyzer Compare Rates grids were misaligned. This issue has been resolved. The values in the grids are now aligned.
This issue occurred with an option on the Update Investor setting.
An issue occurred where the Disable Pricing After Interval Specified Below option on the Update Investor setting (under Dashboard) was not honored. The pricing was not disabled for the period of time entered in the Interval window (e.g., 1 hour). This issue has been resolved. The option is now honored.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using Classic EPPS.
An issue occurred when a government program was deselected from the Standard Products section on the General tab. If a conventional loan term and a government program were selected to price a loan and then the government program was deselected, the PMI, MIP Financed field was not cleared. This issue has been resolved. When the government program is deselected, the PMI, MIP Financed field is now cleared.
This issue occurred when pricing a loan using ICE PPE.
An issue occurred where the price and rate adjustment values on the Lock Request Form were not updated properly when a loan was priced via the Encompass web interface using ICE PPE. The issue occurred when either of the following actions were taken:

When Auto-Lock was disabled and the Update Lock Request Form button on the Summary page was selected.

When Auto-Lock was enabled and the Request Lock button on the Summary page was selected.
This issue has been resolved. The price and rate adjustment values are now updated properly.
