Fixed Issues for Version 25.3 September Service Pack
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred where the AMI adjustment was applied even though the total income was over the limit. This issue has been resolved and the adjustment is no longer applied when the total income is over the limit.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the Encompass web interface or the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred where Sell Side Pricing added the SRP twice to the Total Sell Price in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and Sell Side Pricing now adds the SRP only once to the Total Sell Price.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the Encompass web interface or the ICE PPE portal using the ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where Puerto Rico (PR) and Palau (PW) were not displayed in the State dropdown list on both the Search page and the Property tab when the ICE PPE integration was used to price a loan. This issue has been resolved and both U.S. territories have been added to the State dropdown list.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the ICE PPE or Encompass Product and Pricing Service integration.
An issue occurred where a Rule condition for custom fields was not triggered when a loan was priced even though the condition criteria was met. This issue has been resolved and the Rule is now triggered when the custom field condition is met.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the Encompass web interface using the ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where the topmost Price/Rate for programs on the Results page was highlighted as the best option regardless of whether it was the closest to the Target Price/Target Rate. This issue has been resolved and the highlighted Prices/Rates are now the ones closest to the Target Price/Target Rate.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the Encompass web interface using the ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where an error was generated when the HELOC Initial Draw (field ID 1888) field was “0.00” on the Encompass desktop interface HELOC Management screen. This issue has been resolved as follows:

If the loan is a HELOC and the initial draw is a negative value or NULL, a message “HELOC Initial Draw cannot be negative or Empty.” will be displayed.

If the initial draw amount in the Encompass desktop interface or ICE PPE is NULL, the initial value will be sent as “NULL’ and not “0.00”.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred when pricing government loans. If a user completed the General tab, proceeded to a subsequent tab, and then returned to the General tab and changed the Loan Amount, the PMI MIP values were not updated. This issue has been resolved and the PMI MIP is now recalculated when the Loan Amount is changed.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan via the Encompass web interface using the ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where after a loan was locked, cancelled, and then relocked, the Lock Days defaulted to zero. This issue has been resolved and the Lock Days is now set according to the following priority order.

Field 2150, if not null

Field 2090/432, if not null (depending on where loan was priced - Lock Request Form or Services tab, respectively)

Default lock days (Def. Lock) configured on the Settings tab
