Fixed Issues for Version 25.3
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

This issue occurred when using either the ICE PPE or Encompass Product and Pricing Service integration.
An issue occurred where the Price was calculated using the Base Loan Amount and that incorrect amount was displayed in the Qualification Results and on the Summary page.
While the incorrect Price was displayed in ICE PPE, that amount was not mapped back to Encompass.
This issue has been resolved and the Price is now calculated using the Total Loan Amount.

This issue occurred when using the Encompass Product and Pricing Service integration.
An issue occurred where the Lock Date (field ID 2149) was updated to the current date when a lock was revised and Get Buy Side Pricing was selected. This issue has been resolved and the Lock Date now remains as it was before Get Buy Side Pricing was performed.

This issue occurred when using an ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where the Locked Date/Lock Expiration Date were based on the original date for a relock of an expired lock when the previous lock information was selected in the Analyzer.
The “Enable Auto-Lock for Lock Updates (Active Locks) and Re-Locks (Inactive Locks)” option on the Encompass desktop interface Auto-Lock setting was not enabled.
This issue has been resolved and the Locked Date/Lock Expiration Date are now based on the current date.

This issue occurred when selecting an ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where the “More Info” link on the Encompass desktop interface Product and Pricing setting was disabled when an ICE PPE integration was selected as the Provider. This issue has been resolved and the “More Info” link is now enabled.
A user must have the “View Investor True Name” user right enabled to see the Investor Name.

This issue occurred when using an ICE PPE integration.
An issue occurred where an error was generated on the Lock Extension page when the triggered Lock Extension Policy Definition contained “0.00” in the Price adjustment per day field. This issue has been resolved and “0.00” is now an accepted value in the Price adjustment per day field.

This issue occurred when pricing a loan in the ICE PPE portal.
An issue occurred where an ineligible program that matched the conditions of a rule with the task of “Disqualify a Loan and Hide Results” was displayed in the list of ineligible programs on the Qualify tab. This issue has been resolved and an ineligible program that triggers a “Disqualify a Loan and Hide Results” rule will no longer be displayed on the Qualify tab.
