Fixed Issues for Version 25.2

An issue occurred where ICE PPE did not honor the Lender (Borrower Summary) option on the Update Lock Request Fields (not supported on float feature) page when it was not selected. If the option was not selected and a loan was priced using ICE PPE, field 1264 was incorrectly updated in Encompass. This issue has been resolved. ICE PPE no longer updates field 1264 if the Lender (Borrower Summary) option is not selected.

An issue occurred where the Hedge Loan (field ID 2401) checkbox did not update when edited during a Buy Side transaction in the Encompass web interface. This issue has been resolved. The Hedge Loan checkbox is now read-only and is populated from the Hedging (field ID 2401) checkbox in the Encompass desktop interface.

An issue occurred where the Origin API returned a 400 error when there were two active users with the same login credentials (even though one of the users was marked as “deleted”) and a loan was priced using the ICE PPE integration. This issue has been resolved. The API now handles the deleted user correctly and the loan is priced without any errors.

An issue occurred when using the ICE PPE integration where the Annual Taxes and Insurance from the original lock was multiplied by 12 when Get Buy Side was performed. In addition, the Income and Assets of the borrower replaced the Income and Assets of all co-borrowers. These issues have been resolved. The Annual Taxes and Insurance are now calculated correctly and the Income and Assets of the co-borrowers are correct.

An error occurred where neither the Investor Name nor the Program Name were displayed in the Best Ex Pricing Details right slide in panel in the Encompass web interface. This issue has been resolved and both names are now displayed in the Best Ex Pricing Details panel.

A user must have the “View Investor True Name” user right enabled to see the Investor Name.

An issue occurred where a RuntimeException was generated when a loan was priced using the ICE PPE integration because it failed to convert a custom field’s value “Y” into a Boolean type. This caused programs to be marked as ineligible with a pricing error. This issue has been resolved. When a loan is priced using the ICE PPE integration, a custom field’s value “Y” is now successfully converted into a Boolean type and eligible programs are displayed without a pricing error.

An issue occurred where Disable Until Next Reprice was not functioning properly. The “Disable Until Next Reprice” flag created a Rule that disqualified a loan until the flag was reset. The flag would be turned off by the fulfillment service when the next reprice happened. However, the fulfillment service frequently failed to expire the Rule. This issue has been resolved. Disable Until Next Reprice now functions properly.
