Feature Enhancements in Version 25.2

As part of the integration with TPO Connect, ICE PPE will honor Persona Access to Loan Actions business rules (RePrice Lock, ReLock Lock, or Float Lock) that apply to the Request Lock button and Float button on the Loan Summary page.

A new NMLS ID column has been added to the Client Relationships listing page.

The Channel field on the Client-Investor Relationship page is read-only when the Rate Mode is not “Generic” on the Client Definition (managed by ICE PPE Technical Operations (ICE PPE TechOps)).

If a Rate Module is deleted (managed by ICE PPE TechOps), that module will not be displayed in the Rates Dashboard - Modules table on the Investor tab.

The REST API has been updated to support the Encompass Section of the Act (field ID 1039) field.

This story only applies to the ICE PPE integration.

The following logic for HUD 184 loans has been added to the ICE PPE integration.

• If the Mortgage Type in Encompass is “FHA” AND Section of the Act (field ID 1039) is “184”, THEN the factor is set to “1%”.

• If the Mortgage Type is “NOT FHA” AND field 1039 is “184”, THEN field 1039 will be ignored.

• If a user selects more than one Special Product OR selects a Standard Product AND a Special Product, an information icon will be displayed next to the Standard Products and/or Special Products fields on the Search page. When the icon is selected, a message "Multiple Product Selected: Your program selections could have conflicting fee factors. Prior to selection, validate your factor applies to the selected program. Selected products are: [List of selected programs]." is displayed.

A new Email Your ICE PPE Representative button has been added to the Custom Program Management page. This button enables you to start a draft email, using your email service, that is addressed to the Tech Ops Assignee and Tech Ops Back Up. The users designated as the Tech Ops Assignee and Tech Ops Back Up are maintained by ICE PPE Tech Ops. If both the Tech Ops Assignee and the Tech Ops Back Up have not been populated by ICE PPE Tech Ops, the button will be disabled.

The error message displayed when both HELOC and non-HELOC loan terms are selected has been fixed. The word “can not” has been changed to “cannot”.

The Custom Adjustments can now be edited when the Pencil icon is selected.

ICE PPE now honors the No Closing Costs option on the Options page under the Settings tab.

If the No Closing Costs option is selected, the No Closing Costs checkbox will be displayed on the Search page. If the No Closing Costs option is not selected, the No Closing Costs checkbox will not be displayed on the Search page.

The Rule Manager has been updated to support three Tasks per rule.

• The Description and Program Notes fields will be enabled if any of the selectedTasks allow a description or program notes.

• If multiple Tasks allow a description or program notes, the fields will apply to all the Tasks.

The existing ICE PPE timeout interval is five minutes, regardless of whether a user is actively using the product. The timeout interval has now been increased to thirty minutes. While a user will receive a timeout error, they will not receive a timeout warning.

A new LoanChannel Expression has been added to the CPM Condition Definition. This condition provides access to the Encompass loan channel.
