Fixed Issues for Version 25.1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Fixed Issues for the ICE PPE Workflow

An issue occurred where not all validation messages were displayed, when applicable, on the Search page in the Encompass web interface. This issue has been resolved and validation messages are now displayed when appropriate.
Fixed Issues for ICE PPE

An issue occurred where the primary residence's mortgage payment was used in the DTI even though it was being paid off by the refinancing of an investment property. This issue has been resolved and only the primary residence's taxes, insurance, and expenses are now included in the DTI.

An issue occurred where ICE PPE incorrectly applied the 2025 FHA Loan Limits to loans with a 2024 effective date, a 2024 FHA case number date, or where neither the effective date/ FHA case number date was provided. This issue has been resolved and the correct FHA Loan Limits are applied based on the given date.

An issue occurred where incorrect Conforming and High Balance loan limits were used to price loans and those loans were not allowed to qualify as "conforming". This issue has been resolved and the correct Conforming and High Balance loan limits are now used to price loans.
