Fixed Issues for Version 24.3
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure ICE PPE is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.
Fixed Issues for New ICE PPE Workflow

An issue occurred where the drop down fields in the Custom Fields section of the Search For Products page did not display a "blank" option (nor could the fields be cleared). This issue has been resolved and a "blank" option is available to be selected.

An issue occurred where the Lock Summary Document was not updated (Date Submitted displayed "n/a" and Status displayed "Prospect") when the lock was requested from the web version of Encompass. This issue has been resolved and the Lock Summary Document is now updated (Date Submitted displays current date and Status displays "Submitted").

An issue occurred where the value displayed in the Investor drop down field on the Search/Results page was not consistent with the filter applied to the results after a requalify was performed. For example, the value displayed in the Investor field was "All" but the filter applied was "AAA Bank". This issue has been resolved and after a requalify both the Investor field and the filter are reset to "All".
Fixed Issues for ICE PPE

An issue occurred when refinancing a second home with two liens. When ICE PPE populated the General tab, the primary mortgage's second lien payment amount was incorrectly added to the 2nd Payment monthly field on the General tab. This issue has been resolved and the primary mortgage's second lien payment amount is no longer added to the General tab.

An issue occurred where the AMI limit was not accurately determined when REO rental income was involved. The rental income was not included in the borrower's income, which put the total income below the AMI limit, and caused the AMI adjustment cap to fire. This issue has been resolved and REO rental income is now included in the borrower's income. With the rental income, the total income is above the AMI limit and the AMI adjustment cap is not fired.
EPPS-57707

An issue occurred in the UAT environment where an error message was generated when Edit was selected on the Dashboard page to view an Investor's details. This issue has been resolved and an Investor's details are now displayed in the UAT environment.

An issue occurred where an error message was generated when Click to view was selected on the Summary tab to view an Investor rate sheet. This issue has been resolved and the Investor rate sheet is now displayed.

An issue occurred where the ICE PPE API was authenticating users with expired passwords (last change date 180 days in the past). This issue has been resolved and users with expired passwords are no longer authenticated.

An issue occurred where the Buy Side Profitability Details option on the Update Lock Request Fields page was not functioning properly. When the option was not selected, the profit margins and SRPs were returned to Encompass. This issue has been resolved and when the option is not selected, the profit margins and SRPs are not returned to Encompass (or passed to ICE PPE).
Known Issue

There is a known issue with Lock Update requests where manual adjustments are removed by ICE PPE when a Secondary user makes a change to the Buy Side pricing using Get Buy Side.
The following are the steps that cause the manual adjustments to be removed by ICE PPE:

A Secondary user opens a Lock Update request and then selects Get Buy Side.

If the user decides to change the selected pricing, they select the Results link in the top navigation menu.

On the Results page, if the price selected is different from the Lock Update request price, the manual adjustments are removed from the Buy Side Pricing page.
Workaround: To prevent the removal of manual adjustments, the user should use the Lock Request Form to change the requested price for a Lock Update request.
