Fixed Issues for Version 24.1
This section describes the issues that have been fixed in this release.
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where deleted investors were included in the Investor dropdown list on the Admin - Programs page. This issue has been resolved and deleted investors are no longer displayed in the dropdown list.

An issue occurred where selected global product options were cleared on the General tab after a loan was priced in EPPS using a program that supported the selected product options with adjustments and then the pricing was validated in Encompass. This issue has been resolved and the global product options now remain selected on the General tab after the pricing is validated.

An issue occurred where EPPS was using the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) website instead of the Fannie Mae tool for the First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) Area Median Income (AMI) cap when using Fannie Mae products for pricing. The FTHB AMI cap was not firing due to income differences between the FFIEC website and the Fannie Mae tool. This issue has been resolved and for Fannie Mae products, the Fannie Mae tool will now be used to calculate the FTHB AMI cap.

An issue occurred where deleted programs were considered when EPPS qualified loans. This issue has been resolved and deleted programs are no longer considered when EPPS qualifies loans.
