Fixed Issues for Version 18.4
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred when geography definitions were saved. When the same county name was used in multiple states, only the first county/state combination was saved, and qualifications for the other county/state combinations would fail.
For example, there is a Morris County in Kansas, New Jersey, and Texas. The county in Kansas was the only one saved, so qualifications made for Morris County, New Jersey and Morris County, Texas failed.
This issue has been resolved and all counties are now saved correctly.

An issue occurred where EPPS was only qualifying 360 term loan products when pricing ARM loans. The system was not recognizing differences in the amortization term because only the first change date was used to determine qualified products. This issue has been resolved and EPPS now recognizes the amortization term entered in the Encompass Term/Due (in Months) (field ID 2959) fields when pricing ARM loans, which will properly identify 360 and 180 term loans for pricing purposes.

An issue occurred where the Summary Doc on Ellie Mae Validate lock Request setting on the Settings tab was not functioning correctly. When the setting was enabled, the Summary Document was not saved into the eFolder after a lock request was validated (via the Validate button). This issue has been resolved and the Summary Document is now saved into the eFolder if the setting is enabled.

An issue occurred where the Purchase Price was rounded up to the nearest dollar amount. When a Purchase Price was entered that included cents (e.g., $130,555.22), that amount was rounded up to the nearest dollar amount after the loan was priced in EPPS, and then locked and confirmed in Encompass using the Secondary Lock Tool. This issue has been resolved and the Purchase Price is no longer rounded up to the nearest dollar amount.

An issue occurred where the BestEx view on the Qualify tab did not uniquely display all Standard Product/Loan Term/Product Option combinations. This issue has been resolved and all Standard Product/Loan Term/Product Options are now uniquely displayed in the BestEx view on the Qualify tab.
