Fixed Issues for Version 18.2
Why we fixed these issues: These issues were fixed to improve usability and to help ensure the Encompass Product & Pricing Service (EPPS) is operating as expected. The issues that are chosen to be fixed are based on the severity of their impact to clients and client feedback.

An issue occurred where an error message, “An error has occurred. An unknown file import error occurred.” was generated when users attempted to import loan files from the Home page. This issue has been resolved and users can now import loan files.
EPPS-17752

An issue occurred where the validation to prevent empty rows in the Geography Definition grid was triggered incorrectly when there were empty fields within a row (instead of the row itself being completely empty). This issue has been resolved and the validation is now triggered only when there is an empty row.
EPPS-17947

An issue occurred when programs were copied from the Custom Program Wizard. When a user selected a program, clicked Copy, and then viewed the copied program (on Custom Programs Management or Custom Program Versions page), the user listed as the creator of the copied program (under the User column) was incorrect. The user listed was the creator of the original program and not the user who copied the program. This issue has been resolved and the user who copies the program is now listed.
EPPS-17181

An issue occurred when a program was printed at the end of a Copy action. The printed document provided the data without any formatting. This issue has been resolved and the data provided on the printed document is now formatted to mirror what is displayed on the web page.
This issue only occurs for users using Internet Explorer and not for users using other web browsers (e.g., Chrome or Firefox).
EPPS-17206

An issue occurred where an error message, “There seems to be a problem! Unable to connect to the Encompass server. Please ask your administrator to verify your Encompass server configuration. Administrators, please contact customer support for initial setup. This feature is supported only by Encompass360 Banker versions 7.5.0 and above.” was generated when users saved their user settings in EPPS. This issue has been resolved and users can now save their user settings.
EPPS-17491

An issue occurred when a Rule Manager history log was printed from the Rule Manager Versions page. The printed document provided the data without any formatting. This issue has been resolved and the data provided on the printed document is now formatted to mirror what is displayed on the web page.
This issue only occurs for users using Internet Explorer and not for users using other web browsers (e.g., Chrome or Firefox).
EPPS-17607

An issue occurred where the Action syntax validation was not triggered and a condition with incorrect Action syntax was saved and included in the qualification results without a pricing error. This issue has been resolved and the validation is now triggered correctly for a condition with incorrect Action syntax, which is now included in the ineligible list of programs with a pricing error.
