Settings
Use the Settings tab to manage company settings.
the Client Admin must be assigned with the “Change Lock Status” manager right in order to access the Settings tab.
- To navigate to Lock Period Aliases and Rate Filters, select the Lock Period Aliases and Rate Filters link.
- To navigate to Options, select the Options link.
- To navigate to Geographies, select the Geographies link.
- To navigate Matrices , select the Matrices link.
- To navigate to Eligible States, select the Eligible States link.
- To navigate to the Update Lock Request Fields, select the Update Lock Request Fields link.
- To navigate to Estimated Closing Costs, select the Estimated Closing Costs link.
- To navigate to the Lock Desk Settings, select the Lock Desk Settings link.
- To return to the Settings tab, select the Settings tab.
Use the main Settings tab to configure a company's default lock period, maximum number of rate alerts allowed, and emails for the a client contact and a user manager.
To Configure Company Settings:
- Log into ICE PPE as a Client Admin.
- Select the Admin tab, and then select the Settings tab.
- Select the Client, if needed, from the dropdown list.
- Enter the default lock period (in days) in the Def. Lock field.

Enter the maximum number of rate alerts allowed in the Rate Alerts field. Rate Alerts automatically alert you when a rate or price target for a loan has been reached. For more information, see the Rate Alerts topic.

Enter the email address of your company contact in the General Email field. It is used for reference purposes only and is not used to send emails.

Enter the email address of your user manager in the User Mgr Email field. It is used for reference purposes only and is not used to send emails.

Select Save to save your changes.
