HMDA Information

ECS has made an update to the HMDA review to address a specific scenario where Discount Points (field ID HMDA.X35) is blank on the HMDA Information input form. When running compliance with the HMDA review enabled and the Discount Points field blank, the system no longer returns the below edit warning Q616. This change aligns with the Fair Housing (FIG) guidelines, which state that the Discount Points field is alphanumeric and can be left blank if no points were paid.
