What's in this Release
Here are some of the major updates and enhancements included in this release
- Dynamic Data Management Support - Dynamic Data Management is a scenarios-based rule engine that ensures that the values for any fee or field is automatically populated for various loan scenarios as defined by the Encompass administrator. Automating fee and field data is critical to automating disclosures as it increases productivity and enhances accuracy, thereby reducing the time and the cost to close a loan. For Encompass LO Connect, DDM rules will run when a loan is saved or when a DDM field is used in a business rule.
- New Scenario Comparison Tools - A new Scenario Comparison Tools feature now available in Encompass LO Connect. This new feature can be used with prospective borrowers to compare the qualifying ratios and requirements of up to 10 loan programs with a borrower's ratios and qualifying data.
- New Encompass Web Input Form Builder Feature - The Encompass Web Input Form Builder enables Encompass LO Connect administrators to create and design custom input forms to meet your company’s specific requirements. Build forms featuring responsive layouts that adapt to the screen size of the desktop, tablet, or mobile device it is viewed on. Drag-and-drop more than 10 different elements, including text boxes, dropdown lists, images, and hyperlinks, directly onto the form. Custom forms built with the Encompass Web Input Form Builder can then be added to the Encompass LO Connect forms list where loan officers can access and use them.
- In-Product Guidance - Encompass LO Connect now provides users with real-time interactive guided walk-thrus and on-screen help directly in the Encompass LO Connect website.
