What's In This Release

Form & Tool Enhancements

Added Support for increased Index Rate Decimal Places (ENCW-83288) - Support has been added for increasing the Index Rate decimal places from three to five decimal places.
Added Support to Display Adjusted Fully Indexed Rate (ENCW-81193, ENCW-82649) - Several fields have been added or adjusted on the Application View/Loan Information form to support displaying the adjusted fully indexed rate for ARM loans.
New Verification Information Section Added to the Borrower Summary - Origination Form (ENCW-82837, ENCW-83078) - Adds a new section for Verification Information below the Credit Information section on the Borrower Summary - Origination form.
Alternate Cash to Close Transaction Summary Page Added to Funding Worksheet (ENCW-81179) - A new Payoffs and Payments page is now available on the Funding Worksheet tool when the Use Alternate option is set to Yes on the Loan Estimate form. This new page displays when the user selects the Transaction Summary quick link on the Funding Worksheet tool and replaces the Summaries of Transactions page.
New Mortgage Broker Disclosure Section Added to State Specific Disclosure Form for the District of Columbia (ENCW-81807) - A new Mortgage Broker Disclosure section has been added to users to capture mortgage broker details for loans in the District of Columbia (DC).
Improvements, Renovations and Repairs Field Added to ULDD/PDD Freddie Mac Form (ENCW-82691) - A new Improvements, Renovations and Repairs field has been added to the ULDD/PDD Freddie Mac form to capture data specific to alterations and improvements on the loan.
Field Lock Added to the Refinance Cash Out Amount Field (NGENY-32389) - On the ULDD input form, a field lock is now associated with the Refinance Cash Out Amount field (field ID ULDD.RefinanceCashOutAmount). When a user imports values from the iLAD XML file, the refinance cash out amount imported to this field will retain the imported value. Users can then elect to click the field Lock icon to return the field to the system calculated value.
New Section F Added to VA Loan Analysis Input Form (ENCW-79324) - A new Section F – Disposition of Application and Underwriter Certification has been added to the 26-6393 Loan Analysis input form.
New Option to Omit or Include Leap Year when Calculating HELOC Loan Daily Periodic Rate (ENCW-84135) - A new checkbox has been added to the HELOC Management > HELOC Program form to provide users with an option use a leap year calculation (366 days) or to not use a leap year calculation (365 days) when Encompass calculates the Daily Periodic Rate for HELOC loans.
New Freddie Mac LPA LTV, CLTV, and HCLTV/HTLTV Fields (ENCW-78379) Added 3 new fields for calculating LTV, CLTV, and HCLTV/HTLTV.

Workflow Engine & Tasks

New Update Enhanced Conditions Tracking Status Result Added to Workflow Rules (ENCW-79504) - A new Update Enhanced Condition Tracking Status resulting action has been added to enable administrators to automatically update the tracking status for a specified enhanced condition when the rule is triggered and all conditions have been met.
Select Conditions Window Updated for Workflow Rules (ENCW-81447) - The Select Conditions window for the Apply Enhanced Conditions and Update Enhanced Conditions Tracking Status resulting action has been updated to provide more sorting options.
Support for Exporting and Importing Multiple Workflow Tasks Added (ENVW-60366) Support has been added to enable administrators to export and import multiple task groups and standalone tasks from one environment to another.

Scenario Comparison Tools

Scenario Comparison Tools User Interface Updated (ENCW-73066) - The Scenario Comparison Tools feature has been redesigned to align with the look and feel of the rest of the web version of Encompass.

Conditions Update

Enhanced Conditions (EVP-30931, EVP-24494, ENCW-69713): Authorized users working or adding conditions on a loan file can now customize or automatically import stips returned by the GSEs, and add them to the loan file for review.

Underwriting Center Updates (GSE-28105): Compare Prior Submission: Support for ACE+ PDR

Web Customization

Print Files from Microapps (NGENY-31096) - For experienced developers responsible for the customization of extensions in the web version of Encompass’s Custom Forms, Custom Tools, and Plugins, a new print method (using the Application scripting object) is now available to enable printing PDF files and JPG image files that are accessed from a microapp (i.e., a source outside of Encompass). Developers can integrate this new print method with the ICE Secure Scripting Framework to open a browser's print window in Encompass where users can then print the file from the microapp. Refer to the Encompass Web Customization Developer's Guide for more information and a sample ApplicationObject/Print script.

Fixed Issues

Help Text Added to Property Tax Calculation Window to Help with Calculating Taxes (ENCW-79317) - Added help text to assist users with properly calculating the Total Tax amount.
Added Countries and Corrected Misspelled Country Names for Foreign Address (ENCW-82246) - Added support for several new countries and corrected misspellings for some existing countries for foreign addresses.
30-Day Average SOFR Added to Arm Index Type Field (ENCW-60432, ENCW-82836) - Added missing "30-Day Average SOFR" option to the Arm Index Type field (field ID 1959).
Fixed Visual Issue With MIP/Funding/Guarantee Field for Some Loans (ENCW-83149) - Fixed an issue where the MIP/Funding/Guarantee field had some visual issues on FHA loans after using the Go To Field feature.
Fixed Issue with Viewing Original Documents Added Prior to Enabling the New Document Viewer (ENCW-83255) - Fixed and issue where users were unable to view documents when selecting the View Original button for documents added prior to enabling the New Document Viewer.
Earnest Money No Longer Doubled When Itemizing Credits on Fee Itemization (ENCW-81921) - Fixed an issue where earnest money was being doubled while itemizing credits in the Total Credits section on the Fee Itemization form.
Additional Fields on Closing Disclosure Page 3 Now Editable (ENCW-77214) - Fixed an issue where some fields that should have been editable were not.
Application View Card Labels Now Displaying Correctly in Mobile View (NGENY-32210) - Fixed an issue where longer labels on the individual cards displayed for the Application View in mobile devices were spilling over past the card border. The labels are now truncated when needed and displaying within the card as expected.

Web Input Form Builder Updates

New Option to Add Hyperlink to an Image (NGENY-32415) - Administrators designing custom input forms can now add a hyperlink to images. When loan officers and other users in Encompass are working in the form, they will be able to select the image and be taken to the web page indicated by the form designer. The resulting web page is displayed on a new browser tab.
