Encompass Consumer Direct is a communication and data website that connects Encompass users with borrowers who are applying for loans. It is part of a web and document solution that is integrated with Encompass and the Electronic Document Management (EDM) feature in Encompass.
Encompass Consumer Direct seamlessly integrates with Encompass, with features including powerful lead generation and capture tools that automatically flow leads into the Contact Manager, and an easy to use online 1003 Form with all the entered data flowing back to Encompass. Use this Consumer Direct Administration site to manage and administer your website. You are provided standard default designs and content that represents industry standard UI principles and cutting edge design. In addition, the Consumer Direct provides complete flexibility and customization, allowing you to create the user experience and design you want.
The Encompass Consumer Direct online help system provides comprehensive Encompass Consumer Direct information, including detailed descriptions of features and tools, and step-by-step instructions. If you need assistance using the Consumer Direct Administration site, click the WebCenter Help link in the upper-right corner of the web page. The help system opens to content that corresponds to the current Consumer Direct Administration work area.
