The Encompass Title & Closing Center connects you to thousands of originators who use Encompass™. Through the Title & Closing Center, you’ll be able to easily perform transactions with your customers right in their software. You can get your title and closing fees inputted directly into their Encompass Itemization form and other input forms.

Three subscription plans are available, each featuring:

• Easy, automatic connections to Encompass users, so you can seamlessly integrate into a client’s workflow, receive title orders electronically, effortlessly submit commitments directly into their loan files, and save time with automatic status updates and email notifications.
• Your business listed within the Ellie Mae Network™ in Encompass.
• Custom Directory Profile that lists your products and services and is featured in Encompass Title Directory

Getting Help 

This online help system provides comprehensive Encompass Title Center information, including detailed descriptions of features and tools, and step-by-step instructions. If you need assistance using the Encompass Title Center, click the Help link in the upper-right corner of any Encompass Title & Closing Center page.

Note: The latest version and the preceding version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer web browsers are supported for use with the Encompass Title & Closing Center. (For example, when the latest version of Internet Explorer is version 10, the preceding version is version 9.) Feedback regarding a functional issue or an issue related to the user interface when using a supported version of one of these browsers is welcome. Please submit a support case to provide feedback.

Note: In order for the Title & Closing Center to be compatible with Internet Explorer 9 or 10, active scripting must be enabled in the Internet Options tool within Internet Explorer. For step-by-step instructions, see Compatibility with Internet Explorer 9 or 10.
