Sample Workflow - eSigning (Step 5)

Here is an example of the steps you'll take when you receive a Documents to eSign message from your loan originator. Follow these steps to access the loan documents your loan originator has sent to you.

Step 5 - Agree to receive documents electronically

Before you can view the documents, you need to agree to the terms of the Consent To Do Business Electronically (the eDisclosure Agreement). Read the document, and then click the I Accept button.

• If you do not want to receive documents electronically, click the I Decline button. You will not be able to eSign documents, but you can view, print, and sign the documents instead. Once all the documents are signed, you can return them to your loan originator via fax, regular mail, or by scanning and uploading them to your loan originator's website.
