Saving a Form
You can save a form to your
Encompass360 system
("Your Encompass360 system" refers to the Encompass360 server you are currently logged in to when you are working with the Input Form Builder) outside of your system, or to an Encompass360 system
you are not connected to. The Save command automatically saves the form
to the source location from which the form was opened.
Saving a Form to the File Source
- On the File
menu, click Save Form.
- Or, click

The form is saved to the source location
from which it was opened.
Saving a Form to Your Encompass360 System
To Save a Form to Your Encompass360 System:
- On the File
menu, click Save to Encompass.
- On the Save Encompass Form Window, type a Form
Name, and then click Save.
The form is added to the Forms
tab in your Encompass360 system.
To View and Test This Form:
- Log in to Encompass360 in the same way that you logged
in to the Form Builder (using the same User ID, Password, and Server).
- Open a loan, click
the Forms tab, and then
select your custom form.
