Opening a Form
You can open a blank form, modify an existing custom form, copy and
modify a standard Encompass360 form, or open a form from outside of your
Encompass360 Server.
Opening a New (Blank) Form
- Log in to the Input Form Builder.
- Click the New
Form button.
Or, on the File
menu, click New Form.
Opening an Existing Form From Your Encompass360
Server
- Log in to the Input Form Builder.
- Click the Open
Form button.
Or, on the File
menu, click Open From Encompass.
- Select the Custom
Input Forms tab, select a form, and then click Open.
Or, select the Standard
Input Forms tab, select a form template, and then click Open.
Open
an Encompass360 Form Template
Standard Encompass360 forms (such as a Borrower
Summary) can be used as a starting point to decrease the amount of time
needed to add controls to your custom form. When using these form templates,
the fields are included, but not the logic that controls how the form
works within Encompass360.
To Start a New Form Using a Template:
- After logging in to the Form Builder,click the
Open Form button.
Or, on the File menu, click Open From Encompass.
- Select the Standard Input Forms tab.
- Select a template, and then click Open.
- Click OK to acknowledge the Encompass360 message.
- Make your changes to the form.
- On the File menu, click Save Form.
- On the Save Encompass Form window, type a form name, and then click Save.
